Privacy Policy

The only information this website asks you for is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, the subject you pick, and your message.

You can read every page on this site — including the whole podcast archive — without giving us anything at all.

A contact form submission is emailed to the Ag View Solutions team so we can reply. We use it to answer you and to follow up about working together. That is all. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.

The form does not save your message to a database on this site — it goes to our inboxes and lives there like any other email.

We count visits to the pages on this site with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, and it reports totals, such as how many visits a page had, not who made them.

When you click the conference banner on one of our yield dashboards, we record which link you clicked, the page it was on, and when. So that one person clicking twice counts once, we also store a scrambled code made from your IP address and browser type. The scrambling only works one way: your address itself is never saved, and it can’t be read back out of the code.

Our ads and emails link to the conference site with a short label that says where the link was, such as which Facebook ad. When you arrive through one of those links, the conference site keeps that label in your own browser for 30 days. It is not a cookie, and it is not sent anywhere unless you register. If you do, the label is saved with your registration, so we can tell which ads and emails lead to sign-ups.

This site has no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. It does not set cookies on your browser, and there is nothing here that follows you to other websites.

Three services touch your information, and only in order to run the site:

• Vercel hosts this website and counts page visits. Like any web host, its servers record standard request information such as IP addresses, which is used to serve pages and keep the site secure.
• Supabase stores the conference banner click records described above.
• Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inboxes.

Links out to YouTube, Spotify, Farm Profit Manager, and the conference site are ordinary links. Once you follow one, that company’s own privacy policy applies, not ours.

Your message stays in our email for as long as it is useful for the conversation and our business records. Ask us to delete it and we will.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email abarron@agviewsolutions.com and we will take care of it. You do not need a particular form of words — just ask.

This site is for farm businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.

Questions about any of this go to abarron@agviewsolutions.com, (319) 231-8296, or through the contact form. Ag View Solutions, 3238 Jamestown Ave, Rowley, IA 52329.
